Affiliate Program

                                 

In 2025 FC Kansas City started the first Affiliate Program in the NWSL. The Affiliate Program  has many benefits for its members: provides a direct link to the Senior Team; opportunities with the youth club; Academy teams whose vision is to help expand, strengthen and develop youth players while partnering with innovative youth clubs in the region; opportunity to implement the “Blue’s Way” curriculum which is the leading resource for female youth soccer.

Additional benefits include but are not limited to:

• Affiliation with one of the most innovative and comprehensive female player development systems in the country
• Access to the professional team’s coaching curriculum and ability to communicate with FCKC  players and coaches for mentoring
• Annual, exclusive, Affiliate’s Club Coaching Workshops providing education sessions, seminars, round table discussions and guest speakers.
