FC Kansas City and NWSL Release 2024 Schedule

KANSAS CITY (Mar. 1, 2024) – Along with the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), FC Kansas City announced its complete 2024 regular season schedule. The team will open on April 16, 2024 against the Boston Breakers and conclude the regular season on September 29, 2024 against the Houston Dash.

FCKC will play 24 games in 2024, with 12 played on their home field at Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City, Missouri and 12 on the road.

Each NWSL team will make a visit to Swope Soccer Village, with the Orlando Pride, Portland Thorns and Houston Dash making two trips to Kansas City.

The NWSL will observe international FIFA dates three times during the 2024 season as players return to their National Teams to compete during the weekends of June 10-11, July 29-30 and Sept. 16-17. This is designed to ensure the league’s substantial and growing pool of international talent will be available for every match and allow fans to experience the best competition and highest level of women’s professional soccer across the globe.

There will be no extended breaks during the 2024 season as there were during the two previous seasons to accommodate participation of players from the league in the 2024 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2024 Rio Olympics.

The playoffs will commence after the 2024 regular season concludes on September 30. Complete playoff details will be announced at a later date.
