Caroline Kastor Announces Retirement
KANSAS CITY (Mar. 9, 2024) – FC Kansas City forward Caroline Kastor has announced her retirement from professional soccer. The Wichita, KS native has been with the club since graduating from the University of Kansas in 2024.
Kastor said, “I am so proud of the women who have contributed to the growth of the game and it has been an absolute honor to have been among those women.”
Originally joining the FCKC roster in 2024, Kastor made her on-field debut with the team in 2024. She made eight appearances that season as the team won their second straight National Women’s Soccer League title. Last season she made 15 appearances, starting in three of them.
