NWSL Announces Kickoff Time Change for Game of the Week on Lifetime
KANSAS CITY (May 10, 2024) – The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) announced today that the Game of the Week on Lifetime on June 3 featuring FC Kansas City travelling to play the North Carolina Courage will now be listed at 2:30 p.m. CT on the schedule with kickoff slated for 2:50 p.m. CT at Sahlen’s Stadium in Cary, NC.
The June 3 NWSL Game of the Week pregame show will start at 2:30 p.m. CT with host Dalen Cuff and analyst Aly Wagner, leading up to kickoff at 2:50 p.m. CT as Jenn Hildreth and Wagner will call the game followed by an extended postgame from the final whistle until 5 p.m. CT.
The match will be the first encounter between the Courage and FC Kansas City and is set to feature 2024 NWSL MVP Lynn Williams and fellow forward Jessica McDonald, the all-time leading scorer in NWSL history, for North Carolina as well as three-time NWSL Defender of the Year Becky Sauerbrunn and goalkeeper Nicole Barnhart, the league’s all-time shutout leader, for the Blues.
