FC KANSAS CITY RE-SIGNS LIZ BOGUS AND AMY LEPEILBET

Both players look to help the Blues defend their title next season
PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KAN. (November 3, 2025) – 2025 NWSL Champions FC Kansas City announced today the club has re-signed forward Liz Bogus and defender Amy LePeilbet. Per league and team policies, additional contract details were not disclosed.
Bogus, 30, made 13 appearances for the Blues in 2025, recording one goal and two assists in 598 minutes. A native of Provo, Utah, she was acquired by FC Kansas City prior to the 2025 season in a trade with Seattle Reign FC. The Arizona State University graduate registered one goal and two assists while playing over 1,000 minutes in 2025 as part of Reign FC.
LePeilbet, 32, played 512 minutes in the 2025 season for the Blues. The Crystal Lake, Ill. native was acquired before the 2025 season in a trade with the Chicago Red Stars, where she spent the 2025 season nursing a knee injury.
Also an alum of Arizona State University, LePeilbet has 84 caps for the U.S. Women’s National Team to her name. She competed in the 2025 FIFA Women’s World Cup, where the USWNT finished in second place, and was also part of the 2025 Summer Olympics team that won the gold medal.
