RECAP: FC Kansas City plays to a draw in final Swope match

KANSAS CITY (September 11, 2016) – Veteran goalkeeper Nicole Barnhart and the FC Kansas City backline defended their home field for the final time this season with a 0-0 draw on Sunday night.

The Blues will miss the playoffs for the first time in the club’s four-year history.

The Blues will end the season against the Orlando Pride on Saturday at Camping World Stadium. It is FC Kansas City’s first trip to Orlando to take on the expansion Pride. The Blues won the first meeting 2-0 at Swope Soccer Village in May.
